• Gates & Statues: Attackers must break through gates and destroy statues to gain entry into the castle.
• Button Control: Attackers must capture and hold two buttons simultaneously to enable the Guild Master to access the crown.

• Victory Condition: The guild that holds the castle when the event ends wins.

Sign of Lord – Complete Explanation 🏅

The Sign of Lord is a crucial item required for participating in Castle Siege on the ArchangelMU server. It plays a key role in the registration process, helping guilds qualify for the event.

How to Obtain Sign of Lord?

• Dropped by monsters in various maps.
• Higher-level monsters have a better drop rate.
• Tradeable between players, allowing guilds to gather them efficiently.

How is Sign of Lord Used?

• During the Castle Siege registration period (Sunday–Monday), guilds must collect and deposit Sign of Lord to increase their chances of participating.
• If more than four guilds register, a Sign War takes place, where the top four guilds with the most deposited Signs qualify for the event.

Important Notes:

• Only the Guild Master can deposit Signs of Lord.
• The amount deposited determines which guilds qualify for Castle Siege if more than four apply.
• Signs are reset after each Castle Siege, meaning guilds must collect them every week to participate.

🏰How Castle Siege Works ⚔️

How to Capture the Castle?

• During Castle Siege, attackers must break through multiple layers of defense before they can attempt to capture the castle. These include:
• Castle Gates:
  • The first line of defense, preventing direct entry into the castle.
  • Must be destroyed using physical and magical attacks.
  • Tanks and high-DPS characters are crucial for breaking them quickly.
• Guardian Statues:
  • Located inside the castle, before reaching the Crown Pedestal.
  • They have high HP and defense, requiring strong AoE attacks to take them down efficiently.
• Once the gates and statues are destroyed, the Switch Activation Phase begins, allowing attackers to try capturing the Crown.

• Once the Guardians Statues has been destroyed the Attacking Guilds will be able to entire into the castle Activation Phase to take control of the castle.
• How to Capture the Control Buttons (Switches):
• There are two control buttons (switches) located on opposite sides of the castle.
• Two members from the same attacking guild must stand on each switch simultaneously and remain there for a few seconds to activate them.

• Once the Crown Switch 1/2 are successfully activated, the Guild Master of the attacking guild gains access to the Crown Pedestal, which is the final objective of Castle Siege.
• How the Guild Master Captures the Crown:
• The Guild Master must move to the Crown in the center of the castle.
• They must stay within the Crown area for a set duration of 60 seconds
• If the Guild Master is killed, stunned, or forced out of the area, the capture process resets, and they must start over.
• Every non-continuous press (random click) deducts 2 seconds from the Crown capture timer.
• If the Guild Master leaves the castle and tries to retain progress for a last-minute capture, it won’t work—every second outside the castle removes one second from the timer.
• This system ensures fair competition and prevents exploits.
• When a guild successfully captures the Crown during the event, they become the defending guild. The guild that remains defending the castle at the end of the event is declared the winner.
• The previous defenders and other attacking guilds must now attempt to recapture it before the event ends.
• Capturing the Crown is the most crucial and difficult phase of the siege, requiring strong protection for the Guild Master and well-coordinated defense against enemy guilds.

• At the end of Castle Siege, the guild that remains defending the Crown is declared the winner and officially owned the Loren Valley for 7 days!
• Winning Conditions:
• If an attacking guild successfully captures the Crown during the event, they become the new defending guild.
• The new defenders must protect the castle from being recaptured until the event timer runs out.
• If another guild recaptures the Crown, control shifts to them, and they must defend until the event ends.
• When the timer reaches zero, the guild currently holding the castle is declared the winner.

What Happens After Winning?

• The winning guild becomes the castle owner until the next Castle Siege event.
• The Guild Master gains control over Loren Castle and its resources.
• The castle provides strategic advantages and status within the server.
• Holding the castle is a prestigious achievement, but defending it in the next Castle Siege is just as
  challenging!
